In this all women’s retreat, you are invited to step into quiet space to experience deep self care practices that nourish all of you from the inside out. You will be introduced to holistic practices that fortify your immune system through mindful choices, actions, and recipes for optimal health in Winter.
We will create sacred space in this women’s retreat as we explore healthy living practices including embodiment exercises, healing recipes, heart-opening meditation practice, and more.
